These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the " General Terms and Conditions") govern the terms and conditions for use of the Website and the services offered on it.
The fact that an Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User(s)”) accesses the Website implies application of the terms and conditions defined below. Users who do not wish to comply with the General Terms and Conditions must therefore refrain from consulting the Website and using the services offered therein.
The General Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and the Website reserves the right to modify the content and/or methods of access and use of its services at any time. The General Terms and Conditions in force are those accessible on the Website in the section "General Terms and Conditions of Use" at each time the User connects to the Website.
2. Website Access
Excluding special conditions, use of the Website and services is free of charge for the User.
The Website collects personal data concerning Users to enable it to respond to Users' requests and to provide and improve its services. Such collection is carried out in compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Website.
In this context, the User undertakes to provide only information which is specific to them, accurate and up-to-date and that does not infringe the rights of third parties or contravene public policy or accepted standards of behaviour. The User guarantees the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information thus transmitted and shall be solely responsible for any error, omission or failure to update it.
3. Warranty – Liability
- The User represents, acknowledges and guarantees that they will only use the Website in strict compliance with the applicable regulations.
Access to the Website may be suspended in the event of a breach of the obligations set out in these General Terms and Conditions and, in particular, in the event of non-compliant, inaccurate or out-of-date identification information being provided and/or in the event of infringement of the rights of third parties and/or use of the Website in breach of the applicable laws and regulations and/or in breach of public decency or public order.
- For its part - and only for elements published directly by it - the Website undertakes to comply with the rules and regulations applicable to the services offered to the User.
As part of an obligation of means, the necessary efforts will be made to allow the User uninterrupted access to the said services. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be accessible or that they will function properly at all times. Although the Website takes all necessary steps to ensure availability, services may be temporarily interrupted for technical reasons. The Website will endeavour to inform the User as fully as possible of the nature and duration of any such interruptions.
The Website may not be held liable if the User is unable to access all or part of the services due to any technical fault or problem, including but not limited to: Internet network congestion, failure of Internet service providers, human error on the part of the User or a third party, electrical fault, malicious interference and/or force majeure.
Furthermore, it shall not be held liable for any indirect damage (loss of data, financial loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity) which a User may suffer as a result of the Website for any reason whatsoever, in particular as a result of access to the Website, the impossibility of accessing the Website, or the non-functioning or functioning of all or part of the services offered on the Website. This applies in particular to damage which may arise from inaccurate content, errors, slowness or interruption in transmission, loss, disappearance or alteration of data, viruses (whatever their origin), intrusions by third parties and, more generally, from the use of the Website or a service or the impossibility of using them.

The provision of the Website and services to the User does not entail the transfer of any of these elements to the User, who is only granted a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the duration of their use of the Website.
No right of ownership over the content of the Website and/or over the elements making up the services is granted to the User other than the aforementioned licence of use granted solely on the Website and for the aforementioned period only.

5. Final provisions
- If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is declared null and void or inapplicable by a competent Court, it will be considered unwritten and all the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect unless its inapplicability significantly affects the balance of the General Terms and Conditions.
The provision declared null or inapplicable will be replaced by a valid and enforceable clause having as far as possible the same effect as that which the provision declared null or inapplicable should have had.
- The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law unless there are mandatory provisions to the contrary, such as those arising from EC Regulation no. 593/2008 of 17 June 2008 on the law applicable to contractual obligations (Rome I).
The User is invited to contact the companies identified in the "Legal Notices” section of the Website in the event of any difficulty concerning the Website and/or arising from the use of the services offered therein.
