Privacy policy of the companies identified in the "Legal notices" section, acting as co-controllers of the processing of personal data of personal data processed on the website.

 1. Data collection

We collect your personal data on the site, in particular via the "Place a purchase order," "Pay online" and "Have a property valued" sections.

The personal data collected on the site are:

  • your first name, surname, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and, if applicable, a copy of your identity card;
  • information communicated by you in the context of messages sent on the site, in particular concerning properties for which you would like an estimate, purchase orders that you would like to entrust to us and auctions which you have won, including information with a view to their payment on the site via our payment service provider;
  • information on your use of the Website recorded via cookies or other tracers: your IP address, Internet service provider, type of terminal and browser used, operating system, pages visited on the website, date and time of access, or behavioural data relating to the analysis of actions and choices made on the website, etc.

During the use of the website, you at all times guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information transmitted on the website and will be solely responsible for any error, omission or failure to update it.

3. Purpose of data collection

The information you provide on the website enables us to:

  • provide the services or information requested;
  • respond to your requests, particularly for property valuations and purchase orders;
  • manage the collection of the price of the auctions you have won;
  • send you personalised information by e-mail;
  • ensure that the content of the website is presented in the most effective way possible for you and for the means of connection to the Internet which you use;
  • improve your experience on the website;
  • produce anonymous statistics on the activity of the website in order to measure, in particular, the satisfaction and quality of services and thus to improve and optimise the Website;

4. Use and transmission of data

We are responsible for processing your personal data. We are the only recipients of this data (together with our subcontractors and contractual partners).

The data is hosted by the company identified in the "Legal notices" section, whose servers are located in the European Union.

Only the data required to process your requests and/or to provide our services may be communicated to our contractual partners involved in providing these services. The list of these third parties can be sent to you on request to the e-mail address given in the "Legal notices" section.

We only pass on your personal data to third parties:

  • when we need to share this information with our service providers (in particular our technical service providers) in order to provide you with the services you have requested;
  • where you have given us your prior consent to share this information; and
  • when we receive a request from a judicial authority or any administrative authority authorised by law asking for this information to be communicated in accordance with the legislative provisions in force.

 5. Duration of data retention

We retain the personal data communicated to us for the period which is strictly necessary to provide our services.

 Your personal data will be kept on an active basis for a period of three (3) years from your last interaction with the website or from the end of your registration with the website.

 Some data may be kept for a different period: for backup, archiving or audit purposes or for as long as required by law. They will then be deleted.

 Cookies are kept for a maximum of thirteen (13) months from the time they are collected.

 6. Individuals' rights to the data collected

 You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, a restriction on the processing which concerns you, to object to said processing and to the portability of your data. These rights may be exercised by sending a request by e-mail or by post to the addresses given in the "Legal notices" section.

 You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) (French Data Protection Authority).
